Stopped in Helper while traveling from Colorado to SLC. It’s a quiet town with a new lease on life and you can tell. This coffee shop seems to be apart of that movement. The coffee is great and so was the service - a hidden gem.

This was a really cool little coffee shop. Downtown Helper is a super interesting location and this coffee shop adds to the vibe. The coffee shop is long and narrow inside, and is neat and clean. There’s a place to hang out to sit down low or you can take a ramp up to the order area and sit at the bar. The coffee is pretty good and they have some good signature coffees, although all sweet. The service was nice and it’s just an overall great little coffee shop.

I was surprised to find such good coffee in a small and spooky town. Great staff and friendly with fun stories. But the pumpkin cold brew and matcha i had were so good! Might have to make more trips out here for the coffee.

The drinks where very tasty! Nice and hot and well made for the caramel sutra. And i got an energy drink called ‘green apple’ made with sprite cream and an lotus energy drink. Cute location to hang out during our travels, will have to stop here again if heading too or from salt lake!

With limited options for visiting a small town, Happiness Within in Helper, UT was a great find! You walk into a cozy coffee shop with beautiful brick walls decorated with creative artwork. As a dog owner, I really appreciate that they are dog-friendly, which makes it a perfect spot for me and my furry friend. The drinks are exceptional, with an expansive menu, tailoring to various preferences. The Charlie Brown is a delightful blend of rich chai and caramel flavors, and the Angel Matcha is perfectly crafted with a hint of lavender. Both drinks are a must-try! Whether you're a local or just passing through, Happiness Within is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be coming back when I drive through again!

Really good coffee, they have very unique flavors. The barista is really good. It’s really cozy cafe in a beautiful town named Helper.

We stopped for coffee and was impressed. The inside is comfortable and charming. 2 20 oz drinks and GF brownie was 18. The man working at the counter on 2/27/25 was super friendly. Great variety of drinks. They had a couple gluten-free snack options. I got the brownie, and it was yummy! Shop has Wi-Fi. Parking was easy.
